Here is how it works:
1) You request a questionnaire.
2) You fill it out entirely and email it back to me.
3) I will review it and make sure it is all filled out.
4) I will forward it to 120+ Div1, 2, 3, NWCA, NAIA or JR Colleges.
5) If those coaches are interested in contacting you, they will contact you directly and I will have no further involvement.
6) Your information will only be given to college coaches only, unless you request it be sent to Prep schools too.
