KT Kidz went 3-3 and placed 7th overall out of 17 teams. I attended the event this year and last year. The talent level both years was excellent. The talent this year was even better than last year. There were national, state and regional champ matchups all day. Nobody was ducking anyone. CT wrestlers who wrestled for KT Kidz included Joshua Dess, Ross Spencer, Anthony Ricco, Alex Blank, Anthony Valles, Mike Frick, Andrew Ford and Lucas Bowman. There were teams from Delaware, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania also. The talent level and depth of talent in PA is very impressive. We are lucky to be so close and be able to travel and compete with wrestlers of that caliber. Kudos to John Knapp and his kids for having the ambition to compete in the PA Club duals. You have to beat the best to be the best. |
