This camp is for girls between the ages of 10-17
All levels of wrestlers all welcome
Work outs will consist of:
*Drilling
*Technique
*Live wrestling
*Lifting
*Running
*Swimming
*Games
Fun Activities will be
*Beach
*Lake
*Cook out
*Camp Fire
*trip to the mall
There will be three set work outs a day, and set times for breakfast, lunch and diner.
The girls will be supervised at all times.
Sign ups will end August 1st.
This is an over night camp
The cost will be $275 per wrestler
This includes food, activites,transportantion, work outs, and camp pictures.
It will be held at Marshwood High School. Registration is wensday July 30th 12:00-1:00
There will also be showcase matches the last day of the camp for parents to watch. Pick up is 4:00-5:00 on Sunday (if parents can't make matches).
Wrestlers should bring: Work out clothes, running and wrestling shoes, towel, bathing suit, sleeping bag, and pillow.
