from what im told j rob camp is hell basicly with alot of running and conditioning and they have u drill more on a few moves to be very stong with them insted of haveing a vast library of moves.
from personal experiance carl adams camp at BU more the other side giveing a large number of moves to know and only haveing u drill them for about 30 minutes or so but the camp it self is very good

last year was my first year wrestling, I went to Carl Adams wrestling camp this summer up at BU and it was amazing. We learned a lot of moves and also did conditioning. I have seen a difference in my performance on the mat and so has my coach. I would recommend Carl Adams because there are so many counslors there that want to help make you a better wrestler as an individual.

J Rob's 28 day will make you a totally different wrestler. You will be alot better when you leave then when you first arrived. I've heard that it is extremely difficult. I never went to J Rob but I know that many of the best wrestlers go there. 2 summers ago I went to cornell's 12 day intensive camp and I got alot better while I was there. No matter what you do the quote at the bottom of this page holds true. I went from not even kowing this sportt existed my freshman year o being a state place winner and SWC placer my senior year (last year). I just wish I had done more summertime wrestling.

My son went to the 12 day at Cornell that year as well. It was a good experience for him, he went again last year but only for the 5 day due to commitments. He's trying to figure out what to do this summer as well.
