The OT goes like this:
1 minute sudden victory period starting in neutral
Coin toss to determine choice beginning first :30 period continuos scoring
Other wrestler has choice in second :30 period continuous scoring
If still tied, wrestler who scored first has choice in ultimate tie breaker :30

Plainville's 125 has had probably seven matches end in overtime this season. I was a little confused last season about the new rule, but after all those matches I know the rule well, and I have to agree with "wrestlethrough" with his interpretation.

no... its a coin toss for the first two 30 second rounds... and if its still tied then it goes to the ultimate tie breaker where who ever scored first gets choice (and if its still 0-0 then there is another coin toss)

yeah, the first ot is 1 minute at neutral. if somebody scores the match is over, unless you take someone down to their back, when you are allowed to try and pin them, if you do the match is over, if they get off their back, the match is over as well.
The second overtime consists of 2 30 second periods taht are continuous scoring no matter what unless someone gets pinned. These are alwasy determined by a cointoss for who gets choice of top bottom neutral or deffer. The second 30 seconds, the other kid gets choice.
If the match is still tied, the kid that scored first gets choice of top or botthom for the final 30 seconds. If nobody has scored it's a coinflipp. If anybody scores a point in this period the match is over, and if nobody does the kid on top wins, and is awareded 1 point.

everytime it looks like we have put this issue to rest, a single little comment throws it off just slightly (despite an otherwise clear explanation). in the pair of 30's, neutral is not an option.

The Rules Book states that once a technical fall has been earned, even though not yet awarded, the only way the offensive wrestler can lose is by a flagrant misconduct. There is no such stipulation in the Rules Book regarding the sudden victory overtime, however, so the defensive wrestler would win if the offensive wrestler's shoulders contact the mat for two seconds BEFORE THE ORIGINAL NEARFALL SITUATION ENDS.
I'm not an official, but this is my educated interpretation.
