how come it says weigh ins are friday 6 to 8 and weigh ins saturday 630 to whenever but wrestling doesnt start till sat?? Whats the point in weighing in on friday?

You're not weighing in twice. Friday is an early weigh in to speed up bracketing and allow wrestlers to get a good meal and good nights sleep before wrestling.
