ive been looking in to this i have a cousin who wrestles for your team hes been talking to me about it, the only problem i have is getting there, is there any one on the team who lives close to Milford?

Mikey you can come up with me,we can work something out..Tell Jason to come up with us too..

I'm going to be going to the north haven sunday sessions with 5-6 other shelton guys i think we'll have kids who wrestled 103, 135, 140 and 171

its a great environment with a great coach, give it a shot

i know me and some other guilford guys are gonna be going

I am going to be working out the details this week about HS practices for Team Tugman. We are probably going to start in a week or two(at the most). We are going to be taking a group of wrestlers down to Virginia Beach for the Frosh-Senior Nationals. Also going to be bringing any elementary/middle school wrestlers interested in competing at Nationals down in VA Beach.(being held at the same time). It is sure to be an awesome weekend of wrestling for all age groups.

Team Tugman will begin off-season HS practices Tuesday(March 10).

The HS practices will start at 7:45 and go to 9:15 or later. They will be held every Tuesday and Thursday Night at the Madison Academy of Mixed Martial Arts(32 Wall Street, Madison)

A third practice day will also be added on Sundays in North Haven(336 State Street) Sunday practices run from 2-3:30. (First Sunday practice will be held on March 15th and will run every sunday from that day on).

We will be training for the MAWA series and the Virginia Beach HS Nationals(plus many other out of state and national tournaments)

The room is getting pretty full. There are a lot of great partners in the room. Make sure you get in before we get full.

Do you have anyone for 171 - 285? If so who is going to be there?

I wouldn't answer that question Coach Tugman. Alot of kids don't want to see their names posted on PTW about what club they go to.It's nobody's business.If you want to check it out just go down to the gym and see who's there.

Oh yeah that's right, the CIA usually handles matters of that nature!

I do not think any club treats their members as a secret, it helps advertise the club and attract people to go there.

We do have guys there in you weight range to work with. If you are interested please stop down and try out a class for FREE. Tuesday and Thursday Nights 7:45-9:00.

I just read the post and the guy asking if Tugmans is free--- gotta ask man, is is supposed to be free, I mean, do you think they dont have a lease or electric or insurance to pay or mats and equipment to pay for? get real

Just wanted to let everyone know that this is a great club. Great energy in the room and quality talent and instruction. Very affordable, definitely should be checking out Team Tugman.

And To the reply to the reponse to the post of "Is Tugam free for the summer" We all know what it take's to run a bussiness. Where there is rent, utlities,Insurance, It should have been more directed to the kids that go from club to club in the summers and never pay the fee's and say "I'll catch next week" or the famous "check is in the mail"

I heard Tugman had an MMA Match last night. Anybody know if he won?

I live in the shoreline area and have heard lots of good stuff bout this coach/club.I been lookin to join a club and this is a lot closer than Knapps&I want to wrestle all summer.I didn't know Tugman is actualy competing in mma. I have a martial arts background to.He sounds like a cool dude.Maybe he can post here when he has his next fight so people can check it out.

Yes I fought this past saturday down in Harrisonburg VA. I lost a decision. It was a tough fight! Won the first round but lost the next two(therefore losing the decision).

If you are interested in wrestling over the summer then stop down at the club Tuesday or Thursday Night. 6:30-7:45 (elementary/middle school) 7:45-9:00 (High School)
