Knapp should coach a team. I know he did alot for SW this year but he should coach a team during a season, maybe he could break Danburys streak. Probably take more than 1 season but he should. And continue to have his clubs during spring.

Wrestling is a tough sport. You ALL should stop cracking on each other. John and Jude run extremely tough practices. They both "Know the deal". If you are up to the challenge, join KT KIDZ and get better. Just a warning................If you are not prepared to work so hard that you lose 5-7 lbs. per practice, stay at home.

We get it guys. Knapp knows his stuff. His name draws a big crowd too, so a lot of the most talented wrestlers in CT go to his room. So lets just say that Knapp never opened a gym. Where would all the studs go then? They'd all be going to another gym that and hype that gym up just like KT Kidz.
Its obvious that Knapp can take a fish and turn him into a shark. But what do you do with somebody who is already a shark? Put fricken laser beams on their fricken heads I suppose... Sharks travel in packs boys
The point is, the best kids are always found in groups just like the popular kids or the band geeks or all the mathletes. KT Kidz, Danbury, NE Elite, Marcaurele, Silverback... the best kids have all come from those programs because thats where all the best competition is found. Did Bran Crudden live at Knapp? no. Cammisa? no. Hepburn? no. Banks? no. Sure they've probably practiced with him and learned some really good things, but you cant give Knapp all the credit. His gym is placed in a very convenient location that is almost in the middle of the state of CT, therefore making it easy for the BEST kids from all around to meet up at... I'm not taking ANYTHING from Knapp cause I know he could run a clinic AND SOME on me... Im just saying that BIG names draw BIG crowds and if you're gonna be a d*** like frick then expect someone to hit you back just as hard if not worse

I agee w/nolimit, Coaching a hs team is much tougher than running a private club for money. A great HS coach has to sell his program, build a feeder system, fund raise, draw intrest from the community, and share athletes w/ other coaches. Those are the best coaches, because they draw athletes of all abilities, income levels, & social backrownds, and if your lucky they will send an excited wrestler to a private club.

how am i being a dick? i'm showing people that kt kidz is the real deal so if you wanna get better, then thats a good choice. the only "dick" in this thread is everyone giving me **** for missing weight, seriously how "dick" is that.

I apologize Frick... a bit uncalled for. But everyone knows where these kids train, we dont need you to point it out. And to be honest I was HIGHLY disappointed to see you not wrestling in Class L's, let alone the Open. You vs Sargenti was one of the matches I wanted to see
