Is this Coach Labeef's camp at Pomfret School, or is this yet another training opportunity? Also can anyone provide information about summer training opportunities or mat time for NE CT. (Incoming High School Jr, 171 lbs, one year experience, hooked on the sport)
Thank You

Camp Philosophy
Rather than a week full of clinic moves, the Windham Wrestling Camp seeks to merge a variety of moves into a fundamental base.
By focusing on elements required in all successful wrestling, students at the camp will be able to integrate what they have learned with their own technical and natural strength.
The goal of the camp is to offer useful and winning wrestling to all its participants.
The orientation of the coaches and the camp is that wrestling is a vehicle through which athletes can learn skills, self confidence, sportsmanship and an appreciation for good health and fitness.
