Try contacting tourney director directly. In past years they have taken some walk'ins on a first come-first serve basis, depending on #'s in the weight class- sometimes pre-reg don't show. They do charge and additional fee ($10??) and 2 years ago we had to wait until the very end of weigh-ins, to give time for people to come in before they would let us register and I know some kids waited but still could not get in because brackets were full.
