Just looking for info on KT Kidz and where the club is in CT, when it starts, what time practices are, costs, and if it still goes on in the summer... I've herd awesome thinks about Coach Knapp and I'm looking for a club to wrestle at this summer... Thanks

what excatly do you guys do there? like condition, learn new things?
and is it in East Hartford or South Windsor because i looked and gave two locations.

The workout is like D1 college style with no let up the entire time. You will never be gassed in a match if you can complete this workout. The wrestling style is straight foreward hard nosed basic wrestling that is geared to make you able to compete/beat anyone in the country. This is not for dudes that want to take it easy and talk to each other all practice!

u learn a bunch of things mostly neutral a lot of hard drilling over n over, it works

yeah i have been going there for a few weeks now and i can tell you that the practices are tough. but you learn soo much stuff just in the first day. what you learn stays with you because john will teach you a blast double for example and then he will say "ok thats the blast double...any questions? ok now do it 25 times each partner" its definitely worth it. just look at who has came out of his program.

rwest...yes you do have to attend both days whether it be mondays and wednesdays or tuesdays and thursdays.
