im looking for a wrestling team/club. i have no experience, i live in Bolton Ct.

We train year round.

Tuesday and Thursday Nights(Madison Location)
6:30-7:45PM (Elementary/Middle School Wrestlers)
7:45-9-00PM (High School

Sundays(North Haven Location)
2-3:30PM (All age groups)

Madison Location(Madison Academy of Mixed Martial Arts)
32 Wall Street, Madison CT

North Haven Location(Ultimate MMA Gym)
336 State Street, North Haven CT

Team Tugman also travels to many in/out of state tournaments in the off-season. We plan on taking wrestlers to NJ,NY,PA,MA, etc. to seek out good competition for our wrestlers. Club members are encouraged to attend these tournaments but are not required to.

We have also begun to teach our HS wrestlers Freestyle.

Im interested in joing this team/club..If I come to try it out for free what will be the chargers for further practices?

If you decide you like the club and want to join you havce the following payment options.

1X per week = $60/per month
2-3X per week = $100/per month

*Pay by each individual session $15

I also do private lessons for wrestlers interested in really improving there technique in a one on one setting. (price can be discussed in person)

i might be interested in the private sessions. I really want to improve my wrestling so do you think it's the best way to go?

Private lessons are a great way to work on specific areas in which you need help. We can pin point areas in which you are weak and need improvement and work on them.

But I also think it is important to be involved with the club practices as well. In the club practices you get to wrestle against a bunch of tough partners on a daily basis, which makes you a lot tougher.

Both are great ways to improve. My best advice to you would be to swing by one of our practices this week to try it out. Afterwards we can discuss your options.
