Camp Philosophy:

The Eastern Connecticut Wrestling Camp will focus on teaching wrestlers how to achieve wrestling and life success.

Wrestlers will be taught a variety of new techniques from all three positions. During each session, we will review and practice technique from the previous session.

Camp Schedule

Check in: Monday, July 6th 9-10am

Daily Sessions: 7/6-7/10

10:00- 12:00 – Technique Session
(The majority of wrestling technique will be covered in this session)

12:00-1:00 – Lunch
(Campers should bring their own lunch & drinks, however, beverages will be sold on site)

1:00-1:30 – Wrestling Issues
Discussion
(This time will be spent dealing with many of the topics in the left column of this brochure)

1:30- 3:30 – Review, Technique, and Live Wrestling Session
Note: If a wrestler is only able to attend 1 session per day or a limited number of days, please contact camp director Steve Bilheimer so arrangements can be made.
