We are looking to put together a summer wrestling clinic. The clinic will be held in Waterbury CT. The program will be two nights a week for two hours. The mats will be run by two college wrestlers, former Holy Cross wrestlers. The mats will have some instruction and drilling but mostly live wrestling. The goal is to introduce college level technique and intense practice enviroment. The locations and times are still being worked out but will most definately be held in Waterbury. The intense practice will allow high school wrestlers learn how to train in season the way college wrestlers do. The set up of the clinic can be flexible based on what the wrestlers in the program want. The cost will be minimal and a USA card may be nessasary. The room will ope to wrestlers 7th grade through high school. The goal is to have this clinic be driven by the wrestlers and not a daycare.
