With all the email request for more one on one sessions with Cary we have launched a new program Wednesday nights @ 10pm EST. We will cover user requested topics from peaking, motivating, weight cutting, strength training, and even guest appearances from athletes. This will be a regularly scheduled program that will be found on the Kolat Live Clinic page located on Kolat.com. The topic this Wednesday "Teaching Chain Drilling." This session of Ask Kolat will include a live demonstration.

Teague Moore has finished shooting his high single leg series and the final clips have been added to the Moore library. Teague will begin shooting sweep single leg next week.
