I hope support crew south is feeding you the appropriate number of calories every 2 hours as required. Does he come with his own kit & equipment or has he borrowed Chasing Dolphin's frying pan? It sounds as if your meals have improved since the hand over! Nearly at the end now boys - you have done amazingly brilliantly well. Can't wait to see you at the finish line - I'll bring knee bandages - keep pedalling!
