Extremely unfit and in for a beasting

I can confirm that I will be rowing again this season, having severed my links with the RAF for now. Just don't expect to see me in any competant crews for a while as I have become somewhat of a fat waster in my year away from the sport and as a result am in for somewhat of a beasting when training resumes!
