Well I'm a chef at the Holiday Inn in Reading and I have already served a meal for the OCRC. Maybe you weren't invited. The menu comprised of Pigs knuckle in a rich onion sauce, jellied eel and to finish off a summer pavlova. All washed down with a couple of boxes of Tesco Hoc. Quite a feast I think you'll agree.
I hope this sheds some light on the matter.
