Navy family seeks long term rental/arriving July 2005

Will be stationed at Balboa Naval Hospital for 4 years. Arriving late July 2005. We have 2 children, ages 7 and 10. Seek home with 3 or 4 bedrooms. 4th bedroom will be used as a library/study so it can be small. Prefer fenced in backyard. We are currently stationed in Japan so best way to contact us is via e-mail (beth@nirai.ne.jp). We have family in the area that can look at the house, so we are prepared to sign a lease before arriving.
