we have had a few encounters of that kind.
I also have access to wire,starposts,garden hose and only need tape,mats and a spring,do u think I could make a ring.
The only problem is,what can I do till i`m 16 ?

Just wait til you're old enough. Dont make a ring. You'll just teach yourself bad habits if you're not trained properly. Patience is a virtue....
