So guys, what is the officail ACW stand on the *W& top 200? I am pretty annoyed about some of that stuff becasue ACW is Australias best fed. I love all ACW wrestlers and I go to every show, not because I am an idiot or a mark , I go because I like the show, I like the stories, I like the moves. I've seen the other shows and I dont think that they are better. I said this on another message board but they took my message down, cos even tho they say they are great and all that, if you put any shit at all on them, or even say that you like another fed they call you names and say you're an idiot. Like I'm going to go see a promotion again when they call me stupid. When I criticise ACW you guys put my messages up.

What list? Huh? No one in this country is qualified to do such a thing, that would involve watching all shows and being unbiased . Glad you like ACW though.

With regard to the list, anyone who is genuinely concerned about statements about them on said list should check out some legal links (instead of whinging and flaming and carrying on) such as
www. austlii.edu.au and search for defamation and
http://www.presscouncil.org.au/ who have specific info relating to the Aussie press and defamation. Please note that here in Australia we do not have the right to guaranteed freedom of speech, even the press can be sued if they defame you. A class action by all the unhappy persons would also be possible. Defamatory material is presumed to be false and the defendant must prove it is true if he wishes to use truth as a defense. Other defenses include; privelege,
fair comment,and innocent dessimation . Also, if defamatory material is proven to be untrue, and malicious the penalty may be up to three years imprisonment PLUS hefty fines. I now suggest everyone shuts the hell up about everyone else before we all sue each other.

The list has been put together by people that think they know and they know nothing. You can only put the wrestler from your fed in a list as you only see these wrestler perform. The only person that real maters is the ACW promoter.

Ummm, yeah. ACW does the right thing by not letting all that political bs get in the way. Its got to be the cheapest way to get heat ever. Everyone should work for their own promtion and shut up about everyone else. If I cross the border soon I hope I get to see a show and maybe meet you guys.
