You need to replace the modem immediately with a brand that does not utilize PCTel parts or operates as Host Signal processing! This modem hogs yuor Computers resources to operate! This slows everything down! They don't last, they don;t work good at all! Check the web, I found nothing but bad news about PCTel and this modem. Good Luck1
