hey there~ I'm not no wiz on this stuff and I was just looking this up when I saw your question. I did ask a tech that caame to my house about pt snoop and he said it was a program someone uses to get info from your computer. In other words>YOU DO NOT NEED IT!. Get rid of it. And keep checkin', it'll keep comin' back sometimes. I just keep throwing it out. I think it depends on where you go to on the internet. I hope this helps a little.
