Krivosheev gives stats on the number of divison equivalents "routed, destroyed, captured" (RDC for future reference), with "routed" being defined as "lost at least 2/3 of initial strength". The totals for Wehrmacht are 508 division equivalents RDC and 91 capitulated at the end of the war. For Axis allies, 117.5 RDC and 48.5 capitulated.
Don't have any data for the number of divisions specifically "destroyed".
