Well, the answer is very simple - they don't but I can't, as long as you are convinced that's the way it is. I don't think there's really much point in continuing with this, we are obviously looking at the world through such radically different glasses that there doesn't seem to be much common ground to discuss from at all. We've had some good WWII discussions though, perhaps better to stick to those.
