I portray the Polish opression as moderate, harsher than Austrian but gentler than Russian and I give a exact example of the genocidal Russian opression- the Great Famine,something much worser than anything we Poles have ever done to Ukrainians.
Please, tell me what do you think of the Great Famine... You know, when in the Soviet Union Ukrainians were dying from the Great Famine, in Poland they were opressed but nobody was actually killing them in millions. What do you think about that difference?
As for Ukrainians disliking Poles, it is a fact that the Ukrainians in Kiev have greeted Polish politicans and artists by shouting "Poland! Poland!" and waved Polish flags at them.
For my part, I have to point out once again that Russians have always been and will always remain more preferrable to regular Ukrainians than Poles.

I think that since Yushchenko will most likely win the struggle, you will be exposed to more and more people who think like me, I'm afraid. But you have a nice Third World country named Russia beyond the border... why not move there to live in poverty with think-alikes?

So what is your knowledge of Poles in reality? Why not listen to Ukrainians from the West who have experienced BOTH on their own skin and 'somehow' hate Russians much more?
the whole point of US and Polish participation is that the elections were falsified and the majority of Ukrainians do favour Yushchenko. No, I don't mean that US cares so much about democracy in Ukraine, even though we Poles actually do.
I mean that if Yushchenko did't have much higher support than Yanukovych, then the US would not intervene in any way, because they woud know they would lose. In other words the US knows this 'war' must be won with the hands of the Ukrainians and any of US participation is a proof that the US at least believes that Yushchenko has huge support (and it seems they are right).
And the politicians probably go to work to Moscow, which is the biggest isle of prosperity among the sea of poverty which is Russia.
Come on, are you denying that Russia is a country with poor standarts of living, a pauper state compared to US or any UE country including Poland or Hungary?
