I placed an order almost a month ago but it still hasn't shipped. I've heard at least 5 excuses for why this has happened. Tried to call again today to find no one answering the phone. Ten minutes later the phone was busy. Five minutes after that no one was answering the phone. Their answering machine was off earlier but now it's on.
My credit card has been charged but nothing has been shipped. Really starting to bother me now. Anyone else having problems with them?

Well, a few years ago, I got tired of blowing the centers out of stock 210mm clutch discs, so I called Shine to order a 4 puck. They called back saying they were our of stock and itd be a couple weeks.
So I canceled and got a clutchnet from Velocity.

6 or 7 months later Dick Shine calls and leaves me a message about needing a new credit card number to process my order. I had no idea what he was talking about. Called back, and it turned out he was cleaning out the order area, and found my old order. Luckely my debit card didn't have any money in it, os they didn't ship it. The order form wasn't even dated, he thought it was new.
And don't get me started on their suspension setups.....
anyway, my ramblings.....

I'm almost to the point where I want to ship these sorry coil-overs back. The sleeves don't fit tightly over the rear shock and in the instructions they say to use DUCT TAPE?! What the hell is that crap? Single aluminum collar with aluminum sleeve? These things are just plain junk and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
