Any of you guys ever hooked up an MSD on an A3?
There is one particular wire that I am questioning.
The A3 uses a small square looking black coil.(This will be replaced by a blaster 2 coil) There are three wires in a harness that plugs into the coil.
There is a very skinny black & red wire which I assume is for the tach. There is no 12v signal from that wire, does this wire get hooked up with the - ? I am trying to hook up a tach adapter & am wondering how this wire plays into all this.
P.S. Is thre a site where I can download good circuit diagrams for the A3 ?
