Ralf has a massive amount of land, they have biking tracks, riding, the fishing in the lakes, they have massive swimming pool and fitness suite, also have their own cinema, so why wouldnt the family want to go to relax there beautiful grounds, weather nice, near the private airfield so if Michael or Ralf are testing can fly direct, Mick and Gina love it there.
