How can anyone put this game down forever.
I realize long breaks are good sometimes and things in life will pull us away from it. or for whatever reason it may be All you good fellow sliders out there need to come around for some of this great action again!!!! Haul back to the tracks Haulin!!!!

Hmmm

Bough new PC and found some troubles with powerslide. Won`t run properly - no textures in game at all and main menu very slow. Mine card - GF 8800 gts. With wrapper works but same problem with main menu (in game menu) + no rear mirrow. Any suggestioins. Hope I wasn`t damn wrong about new video cards :((

Try rolling back the 8.4 driver to the 8.3 drivers

The 8.4 drivers seem to mess up things but the 8.3 may work for your puter.

Will The Newer 3D Video Cards Run Powerslide ?

New stuff

It will be supported with new hardware because new hardware supports D3D. But of course powerslide won`t use new hardware features, such as shaders etc. Only FSAA could be used with any games, new or old.

Could you check up with new card if game will lag at urban brawl, parking place. Set up 11 AI opponents. With my GeForce 4 it slows down here pretty much. Suppose game engine troubles.
