Big John,
Lesa just carved 7 yesterday. If I get a chance I'll post the pics tomorrow night. Good luck, they'll sale if ya dont try to get more then 30$ for um.
Less then 10min per carving. Not bad money at 30bucks a pop.

John, they sell pretty well, good luck .. here's a hint I learned the hard way ... round the pumpkin and do the stem first, then add the "lines". I did it backwards for a while and this is way easier!

Pumpkings

I am starting to figure out what sells the best and when. I carve mushrooms in the winter for spring. Pumpkins and christmas trees during the summer for all the fall festivals. I sold about 20 about 4-5 weeks ago at a summer fest and am getting more done for the fall fests. They are a quick carve item which takes about 5 minutes to carve each one. A little dry time a little burning/sanding and some paint and finish. The smaller ones really go. Anywhere from softball size to basketball size go really well. Some walk away with 3-4 different sizes and they have their fall decor all taken care of. By far the best seller, and shrooms and trees are a close 2nd and 3rd.[linked image]
