He has a head here too but when he came to re-furbish it I hear he wasn't very nice to anyone. I guess when yer famous you no longer have to act nice. Doc

There are 22 bags of concrete and 150 foot of rebar, 16 cans og greatstuff expanding foam filling the whole head which I could stand waist deep into whe we started the project. there were only a few inches of wood left in the base so it is total concrete with a little bit of wood there around the outside and the bock. Nice to see it still standing after six years ago we did the project.

Peter is a different bird so it is very common for his attitude as well you have to watch the young girls around him also. The Lansing police and government officials looked the other way as he worked on this project in the late 70's; while, enticing a 12 year old to this day who admires him besides what he had done when she was of that innocent age. The officials felt he was above the law since he was donating this 25 foot sculpture to the city as he has done across America and into Canada. The Whispering Giants number into the 60's with one or more in every state in the US.
