A little early for santa's but I figured what the heck. This is a 3 foot tall by foot and a half wide piece of scrap. Just experimenting since I haven't done any santa's yet.

Brian if you give Santa some eyelids, he'd look less intimidating. He looks kinda psychotic like one of those guys that can't ever sleep or blink. Also make his pupils larger, things seem friendlier with that look). Or another idea is place him next to Tone's Easter Wabbit and drive off evil spirits with them. Hahahaha. Your carving on the piece is flawless though technically. Doc

Maybe just add some bloodshot lines to his eyes for a sleep deprived santa!

I'm not going to tell ya what the nose looks like, LOL!!!
