This guys work reminds me of some beautiful work I saw in a restaurant in Amsterdam ... the video might be a bit long but the work sure is funky ... hope you all enjoy !!

I think I remember the restaurant too, it had those Art Nouveau style doors that were carved...
I guess I have also used the same wood this year for a project that had to be laminated from dried wood, it was sold to me as "yellow poplar" by the way (botanical name is "Liriodendron tulipifera").

That would be at Barneys Farm right down the street from my apartment there in Asmterdam. I'll try to get a photo of it while I'm there next month. Everyone bailed on me so i have lots of room if anyone wants to share the expenses. Three story apartment right in the heart of Amsterdam for three weeks. Thanks Angie.
What's up with the Australia event just before the Rendezvous? I might be coming over there for that one and back for the Rendezvous also. Got to love this job. Angie will you be there in mid to late February?
