versed Wayne in VSS functions but will still suggest (as mentioned) that the small diameter tires have lead to the bog. In fact, I do believe that indirectly (speedometer?) the tire size has affect the fuel enrichment cycle.
'Course, easy way to check would be to swap on some taller diameter rear tires and see if the bog goes away.
