if you read it over again, you will see what I mean, as I was talking about World's competitors.

Meanwhile, I don't think it takes any stretch of the imagination to picture that, if a newly built engine fails, the World Network dealer and World products will be pointing fingers at each other, and the consumer is going to get the shaft. This happens too much already.

Perhaps World cannot find enough qualified employees to produce its own end assembled product. I have to question the business strategy in putting a solid reputation at risk with a ton of retailers over whom you have little sway in the quality department.
