World is just cutting back the number of employees. That way they are outsourcing their labor. Sounds good on paper but the quality of long distance production usually sucks unless you can afford to send reps to administer threats and beatings. That's why Boeing's better idea to outsource fusilages resulted in them being late, done poorly and actually not even finished. But that's okay since they moved the office far away from all production.
