my oppinion is that its ok to restrict the oil to the cam bearings, but i do not restrict the oil to the lifters, that oil cools the valve springs and makes them last longer. that kit will only restrict one side anyway, and if you run hydraulic lifters they will restrict the oil to the top anyway.
