Response to So many questions..........

I took a crappy pair of dial calipers and tried to get the measurements you wanted.

Ports at the head: 1.44 W, 2.07 H
Ports at top of lower: 1.39 W, 2.38 H
Ports at top of upper: 1.44 W, 2.48 H (there are slight bell-mouths milled into the ports at the opening in the upper. I measured near the bottom, narrow part of the bell).

I was able to stick a thick tape measure through the ports and estimate 11-11.25" length. The tape measure didn't bend at all but still went through the port completely - the ports are that straight. The runners do have a very slight S shape to them, so the centerline is probably a little longer - maybe 11.25-11.5" or a little more.

Here are Trick Flow's numbers from page 30 of the 2011 catalog

Ports at the head: 1.5 W, 2.1 H
Ports at top of lower: 1.38 W, 2.38 H
Ports at top of upper: not given
Port length: 11"

I don't think they call out the volume of the chamber in their catalog. I did a very rough estimate of 7x16x3 ~ 336 in^3. That number is probably within 10-20% of actual, and I would say my estimate is probably a little on the low side.

The Box R upper is the same that can be used for 302 or 351W applications. Most applications that would want a Box R would be 347 or larger cubes and/or have boost, though.
