I know it is expensive but a modern sheet metal intake would be way better than the tunnel ram you run now. If you are bracket racing it the single four carb is less troublesome but the 2-4 setup can be made to work. Also a Strip Dominator intake or a Roush/Motorsports intake and single four carb may work with your combination of a light car and C4 but it probably won't outrun a sheet metal intake. All of the above intakes would probably be faster than the Weiand tunnel ram. I think the tapered spacers would probably not help you but I could be wrong. Rodchucker please let us know what you find out.
