ok so your saying you zero deck the block that a 400 in a ford pickup wont detonate?
I am not buying that
it might make it less prone to detonate

heads shave .050 a home ported
with a speed pro CS 1021R cam
edelbrock performer intake and 600 cfm holley
tune to the best of my ability
this is a beast engine.
from idle to 4500- 5000rpm.
the brakes will not hold it back, when its on fast idle
and it does detonates
not bad mind you but it does
