| I'm building a 351 stock stroke cleveland for my 69 mustang.... It is going to be driven on street time to time and driven to the track.... It going to have built t5 ( so overdrive) with 4.30 gears... My problem is I'm having a hard time finding the right combo.. So if anyone can help me pinpoint me tO a decent combo... I'm tryig to have the car run a 11.80.... Here is what I have so far...
Stock crank
Stock rods with arp bolts
Pistons (forged 10.5-11.0 compression need some)
Holley strip dominator intake
850 carb
Closed chambered 4v heads pocket ported undercut valves
Roller rockers 1.73 blue racer
Cam (solid flat might have custom grind any ideas?)
So what I want is a car I can cruise up to the car shows and track run a high 11 on drag radials and skinnies of course.... Run on 93 gas with about 3 gallons of 100 mixed in for safety....
Does anyone have a set of standard forged pistons that'll work they will sell me?
Any off the shelf solid flat cam that will work or go custom?
