I cant figure it out

I always look at your guys times and go wow!Up here I know a a handful of guys running 572 chevi's,543dodges and so on those guys are running mid 10's and I estimate make a 100 hp more than me thus the second quicker?My car has caltracs,brake,drag shocks,sway bar out,29.5x9 slicks,subframed,roll bar,and on.I figre once its dialed in I'll get maybe a 10.99.Our air here usually has a d a of 4500-4700 ft maybe that has something to do with it?Are you guys running at or near sea level tracks??
