cast 4V and 2V heads, what gasket?

Im not doing this myself, but there has been a question on another forum. The individual has a stock 4V intake on stock iron heads. I know this isn't the ideal way to do things, but from what I hear, it has been done in the passed. What gasket would be recommended, The 4V to match the intake or the 2V gasket to the heads? I have heard both ways and I know only one will actually seal.
