Dear blizzard96,
They are for four barrel heads. I just had some numbskull try to impress me with his skills at figuring out they were for a two barrel head. The ports are the larger, at 1 9/16th's by 2 5/16th's. But it did get me back onto the internet to further investigate the part number.
Thanks for your interest, and I'll post up the dimensions to further quell the "experts"..

I don't know what 4v port sizes are, but sitting on my couch they sound like 2V's
