| For a healthy street engine, you don't need 700hp, and as some of the others have pointed out, 700hp may be way above the capability of the car.
As far as block prep goes, I would add a set of ARP main studs and if you really do plan on putting that much horsepower through it, I would fill the block.
As with any engine build, the foundation is the machine work. So make sure it's honed with torque plates, the mains are honed with the studs, the decks are squared, etc.
