Response to I appreciate your thoughts....
As I have run eagle crank and rods in my 383C I have first hand knowledge that I had no machining issues, all sizes were miked and were bang on. Never had the engine on a dyno but 149mph in the quarter at 2500 lbs is about 700hp, that and going through the lights at 7700 rpm. The engine is still in one piece!
