my carb kit came with metering blocks, stainless needle and seats with viton gaskets, fuel bowl gaskets, a accelerator pump gasket, and pump squirters with hollow screws. Came with a tuning guide, and I ordered the ethanol tester with it so I would know for sure what % ethanol I was getting. When you order a kit, you give all your vehicle info to the seller, and a kit is put together for your application, including needed jets. I use this fuel filter:
and this pump:
Yes, it's true ethanol has less BTU's. But whoever is saying it e85 isn't 105 octane is wrong. It also has a cooling effect to the intake charge much like methanol. Boosted engines really like it, but high compression engines love it as well. I've heard of some very well tuned engines running close to 15:1 with it. I have a wideband sensor installed so I can monitor air/fuel ratio. I also like raceone85's kit because the seller helped me out alot as far as getting it set up right. There are also a few places you can send your carb to and they will build it for e85 and test it for you so it will be ready to install and go. You will use more fuel than gasoline, but you'll still be far ahead when compared to buying race gas.
