First of all a 150 shot isn't much. I spray my stock 460 with stock cast pistons with a 125 shot and no problems. As far as rings go you have 5/64ths rings so just a moly top ring will do just add 3 or 4 thousands gap to the rings for the NO2. Go with some colder plugs and back off about 10 or 12 degrees of timing. With your compression I would mix some race gas to help quite any knocks. Remember it going to need a good tune to run right so the first time you hit the spray do it in second or third gear and then do a plug read to look for any specks.
