I had a similar problem

My Torino runs 12.80's and is also street driven. My temps were 200-210 on a normal basis with a griffin radiator and 195 stat with the bell shaped lower end. I switched to NPG coolant from Evans and it dropped it to 195. It was 25 dollars a gallon but well worth it. The shroud will make a big difference for you, but this stuff also worked for me. good luck. www.evanscooling.com/
